The clients wanted an edge in marketing their undeveloped property in a golf and beach resort in northwest Florida. The land is surrounded by a lake and some developed lots with luxury homes.
D+A completed a code and zoning review and developed a potential scheme to help a possible buyer envision what is possible on the site. The schematic plan shows how a client could maximize the property while conforming to the site constraints & strict CC&R's.
