D+A studio is currently designing a small studio and shop to complement the existing residence on the property. The new building will have a garage and shop on the first floor with a garage door that opens to the dramatic water view of Roche Harbor. The loft above the shop will have two bedrooms, one bath and an efficiency kitchen to accommodate guests. Large overhangs, massive kneebracing, cedar siding and carriage doors will complement the architectural style of the main house.
