D+A Studio created a proposal to take an active business park and turn it into an even more vibrant mixed use space. The commercial spaces provide affordable rent for a variety of tenants, therefore a key goal of the design was to allow those spaces to be as undisturbed as possible during construction. Affordable residences were proposed over the commercial spaces. Green space in the parking lot provides for gathering areas or vendors.
