Make your existing home like new! Our National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional will perform an analysis of an existing residence to document the energy consumption. We can determine if the home qualifies for any green building designations or outline how the home can be remodeled to gain a Built Green, LEED for Homes, or other green building designation (Studies have shown that certified homes can achieve higher selling prices and retain value over time more reliably than their conventional counterparts).
Not interested in a remodel and just want to make some minor changes? We’ll look at your existing home and propose changes, big and small, that can be made to improve energy and water efficiency and air quality.
