Adapted from our original Pole House Plan to be smaller and more efficient, the Pole Cottage packs a grand living space into a practical footprint. The double height living room and large kitchen are flanked by a master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom in one wing, and an office nook and utility room in another. The upstairs can be used as a guest bedroom, art studio or office space, and can be easily closed off when not in use. The Pole Cottage is an example of a client adapting one of our stock home plans to meet their needs, an affordable way to create a custom home.
