Like therapy for your future home or remodel, lay on the couch and put all of your issues out on the table-bring sketches, photos from magazines or just the ideas in your head, and enjoy the low stress of paying an hourly, as you go fee (which we guarantee will be less than the actual shrink).
Schematic Brainstorming Session 1 hour $100, 2 hours $150, 3 hours $200
Bring your ideas, photos, etc. Drawings will be produced during the meeting for you to take home. An exciting, interactive charette is a great way to kick-start your project and an alternative to weeks or months of schematic design.
Remodel Consultation 2 hours $215, 3 hours $300
Do you know you want to make a change but don’t know where to start? What is the smartest place to spend your money? How can your home work better for the way you live? How can you make your home more eco friendly? We will visit your home and walk through with you to offer guidance, ideas and advice.
Space Planning Consultation 2 hours $215, 3 hours $300
For tenant improvements, office remodels and shell finish outs. We will visit your office or commercial space and review code requirements, space planning options and possible configurations.
